Above Excellent customer service, professional and personable, demonstrated concern, kept me in the loop every step of the way with updates. They repaired my car from an accident and delivered my car clean inside and out and so good so far the car has been running fine. My Son was very impressed by the service I received. I appreciate good customer service but no lie - I received above excellent service!!!! I only took pix of the accident - I wish I had taken after pix. They did an excellent job on my car - good service all the way around.

Best body shop in Modesto best manager they always make a right for you. I highly recommend it and if you ever have a problem, just talk to Chris the manager.

I have to give a shout out to @carecollision for the superb job they did in repairing my Subaru. I was devastated when I hurt her by backing into a small truck at a gas station. The body work was outstanding. They even washed and detailed my car inside and out before presenting her to me. They are very professional, talk you through everything, and keep you posted on the progress. They guarantee their work, and told me to come back if I had any problems come up. Thank you @carecollision ! 🎉

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. They repaired my car, I received text updates along the way, and when I picked it up they let me know if I noticed any issues to bring it back. I did have a few minor fixes that they took care of during my lunch and it only took 10 minutes to fix them.

The NICEST people! Best service in town, will definitely go back! My van door broke on my minivan and they went above and beyond, out of their way to help me. Fair pricing and just the best people!

I am so happy with the service! They took what is usually a stressful situation and made it seamless. They helped organize a rental, got me a shuttle, and made my car more beautiful than it was before. When the insurance was trying to dispute the rental they offered to pay for the day! Overall a car accident turned into a great review.

Everyone at Care Collision is so friendly and helpful. The lady at the front desk was awesome, Jeff was awesome, they got our car in and out super fast and all the repairs were immaculate. The estimate on the repairs was fast, easy, and reasonable. They got the Nissan parts ordered and got us scheduled for repairs really quickly. Once they took the car in to repair it, Jeff was in frequent contact with me to let me know how things were going. *Also* they have a great coffee bar in the waiting area! ☺️
